One awesome day!
Yesterday was sensational. Praise God!
I'd just finished teaching and got a call from Lauren (I think!) from Spicks and Specks. I left my number ages ago to try and get tickets. Anyway, there were 2 dates I could get tickets: tonight (13th Feb) or 11th of April. I asked for both. So I got 4 tix to each. I'm trying to find the most worthy recipients for them. I have some for tonight.
What I am surprised by is that someone who I thought would be a worthy recipient has, indeed, disappointed me by displaying contempt towards my generous offer. Not sure if we can be friends anymore ;) You think you know someone...
THEN...I had a 2nd interview for a job. I got it! 18 hours a week. 2-8pm 3 days. I like these hours a lot. I am now an appointments officer for a financial management business. Oh yeah, it's all coming together.
Please thank God for these things, and above all that I will use my time and money to honour him. I'll be working a 30 hour week (with teaching as well) and will have ample time to do some mentoring. I might even be able to save to go for Ireland!

Hey Trace
Great to hear that htings are better for you. :)
Thanks guys. It was heaps of fun last night. They taped 2 shows and we got to take home real question cards.
There was also 'fourplay' (a string quartet) doing a ripper version of 'Sabotage' by The Beastie Boys and a theramin. Oh, and, Hamish Blake.
Cool on both fronts, Trakka. Praise God!
