Fingerless gloves

I bought some fingerless gloves yesterday. There are pros and cons. Here are some:

PROS*
1. I can type in them (like I'm doing now!)
2. I can drive in them
3. I could probably play bass in them (untested theory)
*These could probably be condensed into 1 pro, i.e. I can do stuff that I wouldn't be able to do in normal gloves...

CONS
1. They are not as warm as normal gloves- there are bits missing
2. They have a certain 'derilichte' quality.
3. I have stumpy little fingers anyway and they make them look particularly stumpy.

Can you think of any others?
